The Covenant Scholars Foundation was established to expand access to responsible education financing for both undergraduate and graduate students across participating institutions.

CSF is a permanent, not-for-profit lending solution. 

The Foundation’s mission is to provide ongoing access to education loans that are structured around long‑term sustainability, borrower success, and fair pricing—rather than short‑term policy changes or profit incentives. 

The Covenant Scholars Fund serves students through loan programs that offer rates, repayment options, and borrower protections that, for many, surpass those available under prior federal PLUS programs. 

By leveraging the strong historical repayment outcomes of participating Universities’ alumni, the Foundation provides financing on terms designed to be more predictable, transparent, and affordable over the life of the loan.

The Covenant Scholars Foundation supports students at different stages of their academic journey—undergraduate and graduate alike—while preserving access to responsible borrowing for generations to come.
