Welcome to the website of Covenant Scholars Foundation, Inc. (“CSF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including all pages, content, forms, portals, downloads, features, and functionality (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general informational, educational, administrative, and communication purposes related to the mission, programs, services, and activities of CSF. Certain sections of the Site may also allow you to submit inquiries, applications, forms, or other information.

The Site and all content available through it are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes or should be relied upon as legal advice, financial advice, lending advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, consumer credit advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to enter into a financial transaction. You should consult your own legal, financial, tax, or other professional advisors before making decisions based on information from the Site.

Descriptions of programs, services, support, financial assistance, educational financing, eligibility, or application processes on the Site do not constitute a legally binding offer, a commitment to provide funding or assistance, a guarantee of approval, a promise of specific terms or conditions, or a commitment to continue any particular program. Any application, inquiry, or request submitted through the Site may be subject to additional review, eligibility requirements, underwriting, verification, approval, documentation, and separate agreements.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site with the knowledge and supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized institutional representative; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; and your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or obligation. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Site and for any information you provide through it. Without limitation, you agree to:

·  update information promptly if it becomes inaccurate or outdated;

·  use the Site only for lawful and legitimate purposes;

·  maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information associated with your use of any restricted Site features;

·  refrain from submitting highly sensitive personal information through general website forms unless expressly requested through a secure method designated by CSF;

·  review all posted policies, disclosures, and instructions before relying on Site content or submitting information;

·  use caution when acting on any program, timeline, or eligibility information displayed on the Site, recognizing that requirements may change;

·  promptly notify CSF if you believe any information you submitted was incorrect or if you suspect unauthorized access to any account associated with the Site.

You acknowledge that your failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect CSF’s ability to respond to your inquiry, process your submission, or provide services.

You may not use the Site:

·  for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or harmful purpose;

·  to submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;

·  to impersonate another person or entity;

·  to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site;

·  to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any server, account, or system;

·  to scrape, copy, harvest, or collect Site data by automated means without our prior written consent;

·  to upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or any harmful content;

·  to use the Site in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site or other users’ access;

·  to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any Site functionality;

·  to use the Site in any manner that could create liability for CSF or its service providers.

When you submit information through the Site, including through forms, interest pages, applications, event registrations, or contact tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

·  the information you provide is voluntary unless otherwise required;

·  CSF may use such information to respond to you, evaluate eligibility, administer programs, maintain records, communicate with you, and improve operations, subject to our Privacy Policy;

·  submission of information does not create any fiduciary, confidential, attorney-client, banker-customer, lender-borrower, or other special relationship unless expressly established in a separate written agreement;

·  CSF may reject, disregard, or decline to act on incomplete, inaccurate, or unauthorized submissions.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, full financial account numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information through general contact forms or unsecured website forms unless the Site expressly instructs you to do so through a secure channel. CSF is not responsible for the consequences of a user’s decision to provide sensitive information through a non-designated or insecure method.

By using the Site or contacting us electronically, you agree that CSF may communicate with you electronically regarding your use of the Site, your submissions, your requests, and related administrative matters, subject to applicable law. If you opt in to SMS communications, those messages are also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, images, files, forms, design elements, and compilations, is owned by CSF or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Site content without prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CSF grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, informational, or internal organizational use. This license does not permit commercial reuse, republication, bulk download, data extraction, or derivative works without written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, social platforms, institutions, or services. CSF does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third parties, the availability or functionality of third-party websites, or any products, services, or representations offered by third parties. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY. CSF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THE SITE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR ANY CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSF AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; ANY RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT; ANY ERROR OR OMISSION IN SITE CONTENT; ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF DATA; ANY INTERRUPTION OF THE SITE; ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE OR RESOURCE; OR ANY SUBMISSION YOU MAKE THROUGH THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSF’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CSF and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; information or content you submit; or your infringement of any third-party right.

CSF reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site; deny or terminate access to any user; edit or remove content; investigate suspected violations of these Terms; and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Site, misuse of CSF intellectual property, or interference with Site security may cause irreparable harm to CSF for which monetary damages may be inadequate. CSF may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms & Conditions, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSF regarding the Site.
